Zero’s Heroes Volume Three cover by Chris McJunkin

Welcome to Second Thought Comics. Take a look around and let me know if you see anything you like. My name is Aaron and I used to self publish comics under the name New Haven Comics. You can check out the About Us page for the full story, but the short version is that I’m rebranding to the new name (Hey, I figure if Rob Liefeld can change studio names every other year, certainly I can rebrand once a decade, right?).

What this means is that I’m having a huge sale in my store! Right now both Zero’s Heroes trade paperbacks are just $10 each! That’s 300 pages of silly superhero comic action for just $20! So, if you’ve ever met me at a convention and really regretted walking away without a book (hey, it could happen), then now’s your chance to save big! Not only that, but I am also taking preorders for Zero’s Heroes Volume Three, which collects all other Zero’s Heroes comics produced up to this date!

And if you want to know what’s going on with some of the Zero’s Heroes characters right now, you can read The Uncontrollable Wreck-Lass, currently being published weekly at Tapastic. Check it out at Wrecklasscomic.com.

What else can you expect from Second Thought Comics?

Aside from a renewed focus on self publishing comics, I’ve got two short comics available in the Free Comics section and I will periodically add more in the future.

I am also gearing up to launch a crowd funding campaign for my newest comic, The Amoral Stingray. It’s a dark comedy about a mild mannered teenager who suddenly gains superpowers, but instead of becoming a hero, he goes down the path of becoming a villain! Check out the amazing cover by artist, Kevin Bandt.

Then what happens?

Once The Amoral Stingray is published, I have a whole backlog of comics in various stages of production that I am just itching to get out there, including more Zero’s Heroes, a cyberpunk sci-fi graphic novel, and my wacky take on a certain Shakespearean tragedy.

Phew, I got a lot of work ahead of me. I hope y’all enjoy it. My ultimate goal is to write and produce amazing indie comics of the type that you won’t be able to get anywhere else. So, stick around! Make yourself comfortable and Read More Comics!
